The STARLINE™ BLE180 Line Extender and MB180 MiniBridger Amplifier are 1.8 GHz HFC amplification platforms engineered for DOCSIS® 4.0 network architectures. Both extend forward spectrum up to 1.8 GHz and support upstream expansion up to 684 MHz, enabling higher capacity, improved upstream performance, and efficient spectrum utilization in modern HFC networks.
Designed with modular, field-upgradable RF electronics, BLE180 and MB180 support frequency split evolution without full housing replacement, ensuring compatibility with existing 1 GHz and 1.2 GHz STARLINE™ infrastructure. This allows operators to upgrade network performance while maintaining service continuity.
Electronic setup and control enable precise configuration of gain, tilt, and attenuation, improving repeatability and reducing field intervention. Integrated dual-pilot, frequency-agile AGC ensures RF level stability across varying network conditions, with gain-hold fallback providing operational resilience.
