VIAVI XPERTrak
Service Assurance and Network Maintenance System
VIAVI XPERTrak is a service assurance and network maintenance system designed to give operators a comprehensive view of HFC network and subscriber performance. It correlates data from network elements, PathTrak systems, field meters and signal leakage systems to identify impairments, prioritize issues based on customer impact and support efficient find-and-fix workflows. The platform supports DOCSIS 3.1 and provides continuity of monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities during the transition to Distributed Access Architectures (DAA) and Remote PHY.
XPERTrak fully supports your deployed base of PathTrak hardware. It can do everything that previous PathTrak server versions could but adds a new streamlined workflow to quickly root-cause issues and verify fixes. While XPERTrak is a much more comprehensive solution than PathTrak, Viavi recognizes PathTrak’s almost two-decade role as the go-to technical operations tool and has ensured that none of what users love about it is lost in its migration into XPERTrak.
