Loop Antenna
H-Field antenna 3100/14
The Narda 3100/14 is a shielded H-field loop antenna designed for magnetic field measurements across a frequency range of 8 kHz to 30 MHz. Featuring a defined radiation pattern for vertical and horizontal polarizations, it delivers typical antenna factors of 66.0 dB(1/m) at 100 kHz, 47.5 dB(1/m) at 1 MHz, and 42.0 dB(1/m) at frequencies above 10 MHz in passive mode (preamp off).
Features:
- Broad frequency coverage from 9 kHz to 30 MHz, effectively spanning VLF, LF, MF, and HF bands
- Shielded loop antenna design that isolates the magnetic field (H-field) component while suppressing electrical field (E-field) interference
- Typical antenna factors in passive mode include 66.0 dB(1/m) at 100 kHz, 47.5 dB(1/m) at 1 MHz, and 42.0 dB(1/m) above 10 MHz
- Compact physical dimensions measuring 430 mm × 370 mm × 42 mm
- Lightweight construction at only 380 g (0.84 lbs) to ensure ergonomic handheld operation
