The VIAVI TeraVM Core Emulator is a software-based solution that provides a controllable and repeatable core network test environment for 5G, 4G, 3G and 2G networks. Used with the TM500 test mobile, it enables wraparound testing of 5G gNBs in both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes, helping RAN engineers validate functionality, performance and robustness without relying on a live core network.
