Single-Fibre Core Alignment Fusion Splicer
The Fujikura 100S is a single-fibre core alignment fusion splicer for single-mode and multi-mode fibres, supporting cladding diameters of 80–150 μm and sheath coatings up to 3000 μm. It operates from -10 °C to 50 °C and up to 5000 m altitude, and features a 4.95-inch TFT touchscreen, LED V-groove illumination, USB-C interface, and storage for 20,000 splice results, 100 splice modes, 30 heat modes, and 100 images.
Powered by a 14.4 V rechargeable lithium-ion battery (≈300 splice/heat cycles) and compatible with external power, the 100S is designed for field use with shock-resistant housing, wind protector, Bluetooth® 5.2 LE, tripod mounting, fibre retention clamps, and automated heater operation.
