SC Optical Attenuator
The attenuators use a proprietary type of metal-ion doped fibre which reduces the light signal as it passes through.
This method of attenuation offers higher performance than fibre splices or fibre offsets, which function by misdirecting rather than absorbing the light signal.
They are available in SC / PC, SC / APC, SC / UPC.
