The ASTRO V 311 is a terrestrial twin-converter designed for processing and distributing terrestrial TV programmes in CATV and satellite IF distribution networks. It supports both analogue terrestrial TV and DVB-T signals, with two independently selectable output channels and automatic input level adjustment.
