Casa Systems’ downstream DS8x96 module provides carriers with a lower capacity option than the DS8x192 module. It is designed to be deployed in either the C100G or the smaller C40G. The DS8x96 module not only supports DOCSIS 3.1 but for service provider flexibility, it also supports DOCSIS 3.0 and EuroDOCSIS 3.0 standards.
