CommScope sells CCS segment
Remaining business becomes Vistance™ Networks.

CommScope has finalized the sale of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment to Amphenol Corporation. Following the transaction, the company will be renamed Vistance™ Networks and will focus on its remaining businesses: Aurora Networks® (formerly Access Networks Solutions) and RUCKUS® Networks.
Aurora Networks will continue to deliver advanced access network solutions, supporting global service providers with innovative HFC and broadband products. RUCKUS Networks will maintain its leadership in purpose-driven networking solutions, offering award-winning Wi-Fi, switching, and cloud-managed platforms.
The transaction allows Vistance Networks to strengthen its financial position and pursue a focused growth strategy. Shareholders can expect a dividend from the proceeds of the sale, with details to be announced by the company. Vistance Networks’ shares will begin trading under the ticker VISN on NASDAQ starting January 14, 2026.
