The U 154 / U 158 unit converts four (U 154) or eight (U 158) IP multicast groups from a Gigabit Ethernet MPEG transport stream into 4/8 QAM channels. The QAM channels will be extracted as two adjacent channel pairs. Excellent RF parameters will be guaranteed by the Direct Digital technology such as a typical MER of 45 dB. Optional output filters are available for providing very good parameters after combining. The unit can be configured through web browser.
