The VIAVI HCU 1500 and HCU 400 are modular headend control units for the PathTrak performance monitoring system. They provide the communication interface between the master system controller and monitoring equipment while housing PathTrak monitoring modules, local data storage and onboard processing for intelligent analysis of monitored network data.
