Since the grounding of Normann Engineering by Helmut Normann, MEE, we have always been looking for new trends and technologies for being able to offer a greater benefit to our customers.

Our motivation comes from the satisfaction of our customers, therefore our long-term economical success and the work in a young and dynamic team.


Steps in our Progress:

• Founding of the sole company Helmut Normann Engineering in 1977

• Entry in the technology of professional satellite reception in 1984

• Distribution of teletext and infochannel hard- and software to broadcasting companies (1992)

• CATV-internet-systems in our product range since 1996

• Delivery of the first fiber optical components in 1996

• Installation of an optical analog far-distance transmission (100 km/1550 nm) in 1997

• Delivery of the first digital platforms (MPEG2) in 1999

• 2003: transformation to Normann Engineering Ltd., 15 employees

• 2010: more than 20 employees; Broadband/Broadcasting projects in Austria, Germany and other European countries
